Shhhhh. Tonight I'm making Tuna Noodle Casserole's healthy distant cousin. I am loosely following a recipe I caught as I leafed through a magazine in the checkout line the other day. This one calls for stir-fry vegetables, too. I've become slightly famous about nestling nutrition under the veil of a tasty casserole. I have lentils in the cupboard just a'begging for placement.
I'm wondering how much longer I have until Miles comes in, stomps his feet theatrically, and wails, "Good God Woman! Do you plan on having vegetables at every meal!?"
